  Drone Engineer

  I held this role since my time at university and was a full-time employee from August 2018. My key role in this job was to diagnose and repair damaged or faulty aircraft, which requires a large amount of product knowledge as well as a systematic assessment of a problem. Several different analysis techniques are used, such the examination of electronic signals using an oscilloscope. For tasks such as these, as well as many others in the job, care and attention to detail were essential. I worked both independently and as part of a small team, which supported one another when needed, such as when a fault is new or unknown to a member of the team. Other roles for this job included dealing with customers directly, either on the phone or in person, dealing with suppliers and stock control, staff training and developing the brand of the company.   Cycle Technician

  In this role I was tasked with co-ordinating and ensuring the completion of all repairs at a large branch of the countrywide retailer Halfords. This role included time management, as well as dealing with customers both in person and over the phone. I was also tasked with the identification and sourcing of non-standard spare parts for repairs, and liasing with a central parts sourcing team.
