  Sote ICT is a project which started in 2010, implementing holistic approach that combines ICT integration and training with business skills at 12 schools in Taita Taveta, reaching out to over 5800 students and 200 teachers. My roles were:1. Integration of ICT into classroom2. Establishing functioning Sote ICT clubs3. Establishing functioning Training/Practice Firms4. Conducting ICT pieces of training to the students on the concept of training firms on a regular basis.5. Meeting with the students on request to solve their problems pertaining ICT and training firms. 6. Support the Sote ICT schools program including coordinating termly schools activities, events, workshops and assist in managing project logistics including travels and deliveries of materials and equipment.   Sote HUB is a business startup support center in Taita Taveta County located in Red Elephant Hotel,Voi.The Sote HUB idea was born from the Sote ICT project which started in 2010, implementing holistic approach that combines ICT integration and training with business skills at 12 schools in Taita Taveta, reaching out to over 5800 students and 200 teachers. Sote HUB provides an open space for young innovators, startup companies, incubation and our community to think about the problems and come up with suitable local solutions. My roles were:1. Organizing monthly, quarterly and annual calendar of Hub's activities as well as planning and projections.2. Assist the Sote Hub Manager in the organization of the day to day management, facilitation, and coordination of the Sote Hub activities including training courses, events, and workshops.3. Coordinate the mentors and external consultants and potential partners.4. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the project, ensuring activities conform to Sote Hub goals.4. Provide administrative support to the clubs, teachers, staff, volunteers and the startups at Sote Hub and Sote ICT project.
