  As Deputy Program Manager, I aid in managing the overall program and work directly with the customers in reporting and support. As Lead Engineer, I am the liaison between the engineering teams and the program management. I work with the System Engineering leads to steer the processes and the technical direction of the various applications. I lead/managed web development teams that design, develop and provide operational support for custom web applications. October 2014-2016, I worked as Tech Lead as part of a very successful Agile Development team.
