  Embedded Software Test and Validation Engineer

  As an Integration, Test and Validation engineer on a software defined radio program (CONTACT) I was in charge of constantly integrating newly developed VxWorks and Linux drivers on ARM CPUs as well as drivers for a TI DSP.I also developed test suites and tools to do some native as well as embedded tests mostly in Python, C and C++. The whole suite was automated in the continuous integration software Jenkins to avoid regressions in the code.Working in an Agile environment, I was appointed Scrum master of the driver integration team. I synchronized the work of a remote dev team with the onsite team and organized the different Agile ceremonies (scrum meeting, planning review). All the work was monitored and versioned using the tools Git, Clearcase and Jira. Voir moins

  Test Firmware Engineer

  As a test firmware engineer, I was entitled to build the Test & Release infrastructure of the Firmware team, which is responsible for the development and maintenance of our devices custom Operating System. For that purpose, I built a fully automated CI environment consisting in:- a Jenkins Docker container to automate the non regression testing and the firmware release jobs (triggered by webhook on various repository events)- products' simulators based on Qemu to replicate a physical device behavior (and bring more debug capabilities)- a testing framework based on Pytest to automate the testing on both the simulators and physical devicesI also work within the Firmware team on improving the OS (which is all written in C and running on ST chips), helping adding new features and fixing bugs. For that purpose I also work closely with other teams of the company to handle/monitor these bug tickets. Voir moins
