    I have more than six (6) years’ experience as Senior Leadership role in well-known American Multi-national company, namely Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages Myanmar (CCPBM) by leading Strategy Director Role (Strategy & Planning function) & Procurement Director roles in Myanmar. Also, my functional expert areas are in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Import/Export & 3PL Management over 14 years in Malaysia Oil & Gas company called Petronas Carigali Myanmar (Hong Kong) Ltd and CCPBM. Also known to be a people’s leader which was evident with the Employee Engagement Score of 98 in 2020 and Company Leadership Excellence Star Award for 2016. Developed leaders in Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Strategy who are now taking leadership roles in various FMCG, Oil & Gas and Logistic companies both in Myanmar and outside of the country. Several Cost improvement projects & new business transformation initiatives are led with several milestones in every role assigned to.
