  During my internship at CENINTEC in Ho Chi Minh, I had the opportunity to design jigs for shear and tension testing, write science topics for total hip joint prosthesis, and contribute to the graduation project. These experiences allowed me to develop my technical skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of mechanical engineering.

  - Make and develop new processes for assembly automotive components (stamping parts) for BIW such as stamped sheet metal panels, are welded, riveted, or joined together to form the structure of the vehicle.- Monitor the process to assemble barring moving parts (e.g., hood, fenders, roof, etc.), trims (e.g., glass, seats, etc.), or chassis subassemblies in automotive assembly line.- Participate in assembly production line to ensure the assembly process meets the predefined standards of high-quality.- Understanding quality control processes, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.- Work closely with operation team to control processes, quality, and potential issue in shop floor.- Participate in inspection processes, such as stamping, welding, and joining techniques.- Discuss design changes to eliminate manufacturing or assembly problems.- Improve processes and minimize operations required to finish the components.- Do testing, measure specification at production line to make sure the process meet work instructions.- Make layout for arranging equipment in the workshop.   *Product Development - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.- Follow up projects from design to mass production release include EB, QB, MP.- Follow up tooling plan, Evaluate the new part according to the drawing before Engineering Build.- Follow up sample assembly processes and work with laboratory to conduct testing and analyzing products.- Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.- Communicate closely with NPI/NPD/ QE team to find out test plan to qualify products.- Evaluate product reliability by performing required testing in laboratory room.- Plan product assemblies with production team to make to make sure supplier’s products meet quality requirement inline.- Work with reliability team to double check FAI (first article inspection) report for product specification from suppliers toensure all parameters met drawing requirement.*Supplier Development- Evaluate and qualify transferred tooling, duplicate tooling, plastic parts from China to VN.- Participate in engineering change request (ECR), and engineering change notice (ECN).- Work with NPD engineering team to provide design changes to improve samples.- Evaluate and provide technical support in supplier development processes, testing equipment, inspection methods,measurement methods.- Support vendor to measure technical dimensions by using measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, visionmeasuring machine…- Work with supplier to provide product improvement, follow up Corrective and preventive action plan.- Review engineering specifications and drawings to determine supplier’s abilities.- Collaborate with local vendors to qualify products such as powder metal, machining, stamping, die-casting categories Show less
