  -Design & facilitate stimulation, including trials, for all development wells & recompletions in the Permian New Mexico BU-Conduct post completion analysis including well performance and developing solutions to improve performance-Calibrate and perform frac modeling for various projects-Work on team to design large scale data acquisition project which included 3 permanent fiber wells, microseismic, & a vertical monitoring well with tiltmeter and pressure gauges.
