Manage all Project Development activities during planning phase of the project and complement changes utilizing Change Management tools throughout project. Using SAP PPM I plan, schedule & control cost, time and quality through forecasting, manage various NEC contracts and quality requirements. Upon the approval of the Execution Phase I receive the engineering package from Engineering department and subject it to review. I will then arrange a scope challenge with various engineering to determine interfacing. Soon after scope clarity and verification of scope, then initiate the commercial process by generating the purchase requisition. This process includes details explanation of the scope to the buyer and consequently to the prospective suppliers. Throughout the various stages of the project, I generate & update PRDA. As soon as the tender is awarded to the supplier I coordinate kick off meetings to commence the construction activities and explaining the access and explain site constrains. Coordinate construction activities including, communication with both internal and external stakeholders, chairing progress feedbacks meetings, play leading role during negotiations and dispute resolutions. On completion of the construction, I ensure that commissioning and optimisation is carried out and the new plant is presented in line with scope of work and then prepares handing over to client process. Arranged the training session for end users to ensure that the new system operation is appreciated for efficiently managed. As soon as the benefits of the assumed suggestion are realised I commence with the finalisation process by completing the final report for approval.
