  Architected and implemented a brand new diagnostic system for Pason’s Monitoring and Automation Equipment, installed at 30+ oil-drilling rigs across North America. The tool runs diagnosis on temperature, memory usage, network latency, disk usage, etc. and sends data to a centralized data warehouse for trend analysis using SOAP.Identified and fixed performance issues with Pason’s billing system that was caused by too many clients accessing the system simultaneously. Developed a solution using java.nio library that enabled multiple clients to concurrently access the system on a single thread. Acted as the primary liaison between the QA and the Development teams to provide triage for issues arising during quality testing. Show less
