  - Lead PM for all new supplement product launches, including managing development of the brand look and feel, packaging design, sell pages, digital marketing assets for ecommerce platforms, marketing materials, and packaging mock-ups.- Lead PM for all office display projects, partnering with C-Suite to develop project expectations, authoring the project brief, partnering with creative designers to create concepts, working with external vendors to develop the final design and secure bids, partnering with facilities to develop installation punch lists and notify staff of planned work and it’s impact. - Lead PM for office expansion projects, partnering with the architect firm to advise on built in displays, and managing the design, development, and installation of display assets. - Lead PM for assigned fitness program launches, partnering with the Product Development lead to manage the creation of the program look and feel, packaging design, sell pages, marketing and digital assets, streaming assets, and ecommerce assets. - Managed the Creative team Smartsheet intake portal, being responsible for system maintenance, developing improvements and troubleshooting. - Partnered with cross functional team leads to develop a documented process and RACI for all supplement development projects. - Designed the Creative departments first Workfront instance, researching the systems features and intake portal question tree, creating automated status reports and dashboards for teams at all levels, leading team trainings, managing the system roll out, and overseeing ongoing troubleshooting. - Teamed with Workfront, and third party, developers to research, develop, and implement, instance improvements and alterations, advising senior staff on the available options pros, cons, and impact, and training staff on system changes as necessary. - Managed the design of event booths and signage, working with Events team to ensure assets met vendor and event site requirements.
