Our team conduct experiments with the search engine result page (SERP) and more than 20 other Yandex services. At the same time, I manage 3-5 projects that last from six months to a year and include from 1 to 5 software engineers.2. Management and development of tool, which helps to automatically detect problems in time series within real-time processes. This project was started when I came to the company. By now, the team responsible for this tool has grown to 5 software engineers. 3. Deciding on the placement of new functionality in production of Yandex Search based on the results of experiments.
