Our team conduct experiments with the search engine result page (SERP) and more than 20 other Yandex services. At the same time, I manage 3-5 projects that last from six months to a year and include from 1 to 5 software engineers.2. Management and development of tool, which helps to automatically detect problems in time series within real-time processes. This project was started when I came to the company. By now, the team responsible for this tool has grown to 5 software engineers. 3. Deciding on the placement of new functionality in production of Yandex Search based on the results of experiments. The decision-making process includes definition of expected results of future experiment, creation of launching criteria, an experimentation, deep analysis of result metrics and find possible problems in logs using Python for parsing data in MapReduce cluster.
