      Promoted to assume a leadership role within a large, multi-specialty medical group comprising 7,600 licensed beds and known as the largest employer in the Charlotte Metro region. Drove and fostered a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence, while improving the experience associated with over 12 million patient interactions. Partnered with executive, operational, clinical, learning, and training teams to create change at all levels.
