  Implemented and created an inventory system to streamline the process of ordering more product. Suggested and implemented changes to the shop floor to raise the standard of safety. Discussed safety standards and how to implement them with WisCon. Operated an overhead crane while unloading steel trucks. Welded parts to the print specifications in a timely manner. Ordered the consumables used by my department. Test welded new parts. Checked the finished parts on our CMM, probe arm, calipers, height gages, and other tools. Trained new welders.   -Qualified per ASME Boiler & Pressure Code Section IX -Building high pressure natural gas compressors and plastic converting equipment. - Welding flanges, bottles, and pipping for the units. Which includes preparation of the pipe, fit up, and welding it out.- Forming 1/4” - 1 1/2” tubing for the compressors- Running pneumatic lines on the plastic converting machines- Aligning pulleys for servos- Following blueprints and pneumatic schematics- I am on the 401k committee where we meet quarterly and discuss our 401k plan.
