Reported to the Executive Director, led marketing efforts and high volume applicant selection, managed volunteers, and ran mentor-mentee networking events.Key Accomplishments:Successfully recruited, trained, and managed 30 volunteers for a 500-attendee conference at the United Nations.Developed and executed marketing and outreach strategies to increase applicant volume for the Business Plan Competition resulting in a 50% increase in applicant turnout over the previous year. Researched and identified twenty potential partner organizations through which we promoted the program.
