      I have actively developed and maintain high standards of performance, productivity and output through clear direction, effective communication, coaching, performance management, training, development and relationship management to deliver a high level of customer service.I have delivered Continual development and performance management of staff to include regular documented Performance and Development conversations and follow-up on performance concerns. Used Performance and Development reviews for setting targets, Key Performance Indicators, scorecards and team days to deliver business objectives. Delivery of key business objectives through effective customer relations, actively fostering contacts and collaboration with relevant stakeholder groups. Accountability for management of refurbishment projects and successful delivery of 6 keys projects on time and budget by working closely with Capital Programmes Directorate, liaising with Project Managers to manage operations and resources to ensure customer service delivery during the projects. Accountable for ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Systems and Regulatory requirements. safety inspections are carried out to a high standard and important issues are followed up appropriately. Budget - Contribute to Station development projects to meet service volume, quality and safety targets. Control of local budget, resource planning and operating costs to deliver budgets, and ensure investments are supported by suitable business cases.Dealing with different stakeholders (Local Council, Other Rail Operators, Trade Union Reps, British Transport Police, Office of the Railways Regulator, Marketing & Publicity, HR and contractors). Managing incidents /events (Notting Hill Carnival, Engineering works, Paddington Crash. Dealing with 13 Stations and 150 staff their staff rosters and deployment. Show less
