Responsible for ensuring that all procedures were completed as required an on schedule, that security was maintained at all times, that proper safety procedures were followed, and that all ducmentation was completed correctly and report in a timely and professional manner.-Earned my status as a "master Team Chief" after 12 months of service with no Quality assurance discrepancies during all QA inspections.-Hand slected to take part in 2 Peacekeeper simulated test launches at Vandenburg, AFB. -Served temporarily as teh Peacekeeper EMT Training NCO; a position that was typically assigned to someone of a SSGT (E5) level or above. Show less -Duties included troubleshooting, repair, replacement, checkout, and servicing of electronic support equipment for 50 Peacekeeper launch failities and 5 Missile Alert Facilities. -I was a top board selectee for promotion to SRA Below-the-Zone, which allows a select number of Airman First Class, who have been identified as "exceptionally well qualified", to be promoted to Senior Airman 6 months early.-Earned status as a "Master Team Member" after 12 months of service with no Quality Assurance discrepancies. -I was indentified as an instrumental player in the implementation of the first ever microcomputer based ICBM barcode tracking system used to track over 2,500 peices of equipment valued at over $8.5 million.-Awared teh FE Warren WIN Award. This award was given based the technical order inprovement I submitted that outlined a change to allow a singular defective part of the electro-mechanical linear actuator to be replaced instead fo teh entire peice of equipment.   While continuing to serve as the CMT Field & Laboratory Manager for the Cheyenne branch, I was promoted to the position of lead Project Manager for the CMT Department. Additional duties included; daily scheduling of CMT technician activities, project plan review, cost estimating, budgeting and proposal writing, project billing and accounting, client relations, and marketing.Duties also included initiating and maintaining the AASHTO/CCRL laboratory accreditations for aggregates, soils, and concrete, as well as an accreditation through the US Army Corp of Engineers.
