Widely regarded as one of the best leadership and management academies in the world I was given the foundations in strategic management and the skills to be an effective leader. Working closely with others, leading from the front and communication were the bedrock of successfully completing the course first time.

  • Managing a team of 25 soldiers, principally accountable for overseeing that complex investigations were dealt with accurately, promptly and most importantly compliant with all legislation (both military and civilian).• Give oversight and direction on complex investigations and manage resources effectively.• Manage and generate teams at short notice to deploy on investigations worldwide.• Liaise with crucial stakeholders and key personnel (British Embassy, briefing up to 2* General level) to enable efficient and effective deployments.• Overarching responsibility for leadership and mentoring development within the team.• Lead Diversity and Inclusion Advisor for over 150 soldiers.• Responsible for the career management, welfare and administration of all 25 soldiers within my unit.
