      After having gone through the Army Officer Selection Board, I passed and embarked on Army Officer training. Widely regarded as one of the best leadership and management academies in the world I was given the foundations in strategic management and the skills to be an effective leader. Working closely with others, leading from the front and communication were the bedrock of successfully completing the course first time.
