      •Serve as a Battalion Chief of Support Services which entails $66M budget assessment and preparation, facility/fleet repairs and planning, supply and logistics operations, daily procurement of goods and services, Request For Proposal / Invitation to Bid /Request For Quote preparation, oversite of procurement processes, receiving, and budget encumbrance, apparatus specification, building, and inspections, and buildout and deployment of Target Solutions Apparatus and Equipment Check It program.•Implement a portion of $48,000,000 SPLOST income to lead capital improvements including building new fire stations along with securing new apparatus.•Obtained funding from the Dekalb Peachtree Airport (to offset the Dekalb Fire/Rescue budget) and partnered with the Atlanta Fire Training Center to train members of the Dekalb ARFF program.
