  - My current field of experience is Child Protection in Emergencies Advisor; however I have over 5 years of solid experience working on Child protection specifically on children without appropriate care and child protection in emergencies. Although my core duties require that I provide technical support to the teams, I have additionally been responsible for program managing the 7 ongoing child protection projects being implemented in both Borno and Gombe States. - I am currently working in over 30 communities providing humanitarian support to most vulnerable children in both states.- sound experience in application of the following strategies; Case management including , Psychosocial support through Child friendly spaces and community based mechanisms including the establishment of child protection committees, parents forum, foster parents forum, youth clubs etc. - lead and project manager of all CPIE programmes and integrating CP within multisecroral programmes- I have had leadership role for up to 300 staff with budget management experience of about 3 Million USD.
