  (1) Start-up Behn Meyer presence in Vietnam as a representative office for Behn Meyer & Company Pte Ltd (2) Develop business opportunities for industrial chemicals. Acquire agencies and identify trade partners. (3) Identify local talents, train them and give them a chance to make decisions so that they could lead the VN operation one day.
