  During the first years (2009-2011) of my employment at the Cyprus Government, I was part of the websites, E.U. matters, trainings' section. During that time I organized numerous training sessions, conducted the yearly training needs study for the department, provided reports to the European Union, assisted in the budgeting of the department, prepared numerous reports.For the years 2011-2016 Stage Manager of the Government Gateway Project and Project manager of various other projects (Fuel Prices Live Update, Government procedures Guidelines, non performing loans, government procedures/status etc) – www.ariadne.gov.cy (budgets ranging from €20,000 - €7million)Used PRINCE2 principles for Project management and SSADM as a lifecycle methodology for the Government Gateway (Ariadne)project. When smaller but complex projects were taken on, agile methods were used. As the stage manager of the Gateway project (Ariadne) I coordinated all the day to day activities, organized meetings, prepared reports, planned all stages, worked very closely with the project manager. Throughout these years I participated and lead numerous quality reviews, business and systems analysis and procurements, coordinated the work of project teams and monitored their performance, participated in a number of negotiations with vendors and other collaborating parties, participated in the work of almost every stage of the Government Gateway Project along with my project management responsibilities.
