  - Pre-Flight Arrival • Ensure PPE is worn by staff. • Inspect aircraft parking area for FOD (Foreign Object Debris), GSE (Ground Support Equipment), and ULDs (Unit Load Devices) before aircraft arrival. • Ensure security guards are in place to prevent unauthorized access. • Conduct safety briefing for all employees. • Perform FOD checks in the area. • Complete equipment (GSE) checks to ensure functionality. • Coordinate with service providers for fuel, catering, and other necessary services. • Arrange for marshaling and confirm actual arrival time.- Pre-Flight Departure • Check all units (cargo, containers, ULDs) for serviceability, airworthiness, and security. • Coordinate with catering and ensure required supplies are loaded. • Confirm fueling operations and standby fuel times. • Ensure load master is present for final weight and balance verification.- During Flight Loading & Offloading • Ensure et up safety cones and signs around the aircraft. • Manting position crew stairs for safe access. • Ensure Manage crew bus for inbound and outbound crews (if applicable). • Ensure conduct a 360-degree visual inspection of the aircraft for any signs of damage. • Arrange for catering delivery and loading. • Ensure ground fleet servise ( cargo transport) are arranged. • Inspect cargo compartments (floor, walls, ceiling) for any malfunctions or damage. • Monitor loading/unloading processes and confirm proper securing of cargo. • Retrieve and deliver flight documents (NOTOC—Notification to Captain) to the pilot. • Manage cleaning crew arrival and completion times.- Pushback & Departure • Confirm fueling completion and document times. • Conduct pre-pushback FOD checks to ensure the area is clear. • Close and secure cabin doors before departure.
