Owned, managed, and continuously improved the HVAC and Exhaust central plant to provide utilities to the Chip Manufacturing Process. Equipment included chillers, cooling tower, boilers, volatile organic compound abatement (VOC) systems, air compressors, process vacuums, clean vacuums, and acid/alkali scrubbers. Team contributor who managed projects to test yield of memory wafers; this included working to gather, analyze, and utilize data to make improvements to the process flow and system programming.

  Leads a team of >100 engineers, operators, and technicians to provide high quality utilities to an advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing facility. Plans, directs, and coordinates daily operations within the HVAC and Exhaust scope and ensures that all fab & environmental requirements are maintained, while ensuring a safe work environment for all team members. Responsible for all HVAC, Process Air, Process Exhaust & Exhaust Abatement systems across the 300 acre SAS campus.
