  50 volunteer hours on the Shout online platform. Launched by HRH The Duke of Cambridge in May 2019. Part of the Heads Together Mental Health Inititve in the UK. I trained as a Crisis Counsellor Volunteer supporting people across the UK in times if emotional distress via an online text platform. Part of the pilot phase through to launch helping individuals with a range of emotional and mental health crisis including suicide ideation, suicide intent, self harm, personality disorders, grief, anxiety, isolation and relationships.
