In charge of construction of full scope which include 2 sites Bash & Dzhankeldy civil work & MV network, 2 Substation 33kV/500kV with 3 AIS switching yard, 2 500kV OHTL, and related Ecology & Society work, plus related construction permits. Early stage construction main involved TSF which include CAMP, Batching Plant, Store yard, with the electric power access, water well construction and sewage treatment, Signal tower & Internet connection to site, Gas pipeline & Railway crossing, etc.2.Monitor and supervise the procurement & subcontractor issue. Coordinate with Procurement manager to control wind Turbine OEM manufacturing, ITP and delivery, support the logistic vendor to do road survey and custom clearance. Develop the shortlist with owner together. Participate the TSF construction local subcontractor contract and material purchasing activity. Review the PO release from contractor side.3.Implement the planning and schedule management. Review the drafting L2 & L3 schedule with Primavera 6, study how to make the recover plan if cannot achieve the real planning. Attend the schedule meeting with owner and analysis the critical path for avoid time extend with LD. Implement the mobile plan including human & mechanic. 4.Implement the HSE management, especially the preventive action for safety on site. Weekly check the PPE and risk assessment on site. Control Quality work form OEM manufacture to site activity, tools calibration, mechanical equipment management. 5.Construction cost management even cash flow balance for the site whole work, control the milestone payment from owner and organize the support documents for payment.
