      Remote Landscape Designer

I contract my design and rendering services with homeowners as well as different landscape architects, contractors, and landscaping companies around the country. I've always had a passion for plants, which led me to study landscape architecture and horticulture at Clemson University. I have been working as a landscape designer since, in both New Jersey and California. I have also worked remotely for clients and contractors all over the country, doing projects in places like Texas, Wisconsin, Florida, Iowa, and even British Columbia! Over the years I have developed a deep knowledge of the plant palette and design culture of a variety of climate zones and geographic locations, allowing me to offering well thought out, realistic, and experience backed ideas. I have done a variety of designs that included components such as pools, pathways, decks, patios, driveways, pergolas, lighting, gardens, outdoor kitchens, driveways, outdoor furniture selection, and more! Petrone Landscape Design caters to remote clients nationwide, as well as offering local design services here in San Diego. I offer fixed-price packages, similar to big box remote landscape design companies. The full packages I have developed include a 2-D landscape plan, installation pages (planting, lighting, hardscape, etc), 3-D renderings and a video walkthrough, as well as a design ID book. These deliverables help you clearly visualize the design intent, can be used to get installation bids from contractors, provide a guide for the construction, can be submitted to HOA's for approval, etc. Petrone Landscape Design keeps the process simple, provides unique and realistic landscape solutions, and has proven customer satisfaction. Jan 2016 - Oct 2016
      Landscape Designer

**Environmental Landscape Design is a high-end residential and commercial landscape contracting company. Services include design, installation and maintenance.**I was a landscape designer working under the supervision of the company's New Jersey licensed landscape architect. My main responsibility was communicating and working with clients to design landscapes. I then prepared proper computer generated design plans for said projects to be approved and built. Landscape plans typically included gardens, shade trees, shrub screenings, etc. Hardscape elements typically include pools, pool decks, driveways, patios, etc. Designs were based off of what the client asked for, their budget, as well as municipally imposed setbacks and impervious coverage limitations. Outside the office I am responsible for selling said final designs, meeting with zoning officials, as well as overseeing landscape and hardscape installation. Seasonal potting design became an enjoyable responsibility as well. Show less
