As well as serving as an advisor for menu and pricing for products in the restaurant. After the restaurant had a fire in 2015, I spent a year working on the remodel and expansion of the business.

  As a Food Service Supervisor at Montana State Prison, I supervised up to 20 inmate workers in various kitchens across the facility. I ensured food had been prepared correctly to time and temp standards set forth by the facility in accordance with FDA rules and regulations. I also ensured delivery of product to various parts of the facility in a timely manner at times. I was responsible for ensuring that security measures were also being met and followed in the areas I was supervising at the time.
