I am in a designed team of 1-phase multifunction meter using Mega88(Atmel) micro-controller , Main keys of this project are its interfacing between Real Time Clock and micro-controller, EEPROM and micro-controller, ASIC and micro-controller, LCD and micro-controller. In this project Load Current sensed by using Current Transformer as well as Shunt. Critical section of this project was its accuracy (should be less than 1%) as well as Power Consumption. Various features like Battery Management using Timer circuit, Serial Communication (In Circuit Serial programming facility), Optical Communication, Battery Charger etc. Are also added. Meter having facility to passed successfully in Impulse Test, DC Test, EMI Test, and Shocking Test. . Modification in the existing design. . Preparation of GTP. .
