      As a Consultant, traveled weekly across North America to onboard auto dealerships onto proprietary CRM software. Spent 3-5 days at each onboarding dealership to acclimate clients to the new SaaS platform through both classroom style teaching as well as one-on- one educating. Overcame objections and provided additional product solutions through use of a high-powered SaaS and its extensions of products and services. As an Account Manager, worked with both internal and external management in order to customize, problem solve, and educate clients on how to effectively utilize an extension to the SaaS platform called “DealerSocket Desking” - a financial presentation tool designed to facilitate the car-buying process.
