  Senior Producer

  I started life at the BBC as Studio Manager (BBC Speak for a sound engineer) in Radio. I worked on all major network Radio programmes from Today to Womans Hour via every Radio 1 show. I eventually specialised, briefly in music which was fantastic fun - recording bands at Maida Vale and in arenas around the UK. For a music lover in his early 20's it was a dream. From there I moved into Radio Production then quickly into TV Production. My final role was as a senior producer of Special Events for BBC News. Think large scale, often Royal, major multi-camera events that would either be headline news in Network bulletins or stand alone programmes in their own right. From the final flight of Concorde, the New Years Eve fireworks display on the London Eye, an ashes winning parade, a General Election, a Jubilee or a grim murder trial - I produced many hundreds of hours of the most memorable events. See below.I established Dependable in 2003 then left the BBC to run the business full time in 2006. Since then the business has flourished, grown and diversified it's client base.
