  GM Design Associates is a high profile, bespoke architecture firm based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. GMDA recently won the contract to carry out the stock condition and condition surveys for local housing associations. I was employed to work as part of a team of surveyors to undertake this work. With GMDA being an architecture firm it offered great experience with bespoke measured surveys, design and adaption opportunities. This employment opportunity was amazing and I have gleaned so much experience from it.
