      Primarily responsible for UI/UX Product Design at the Humanitarian Innovation Lab (HiL), a UNHCR project in Lebanon, I developed the company's branding and helped create apps and dashboards that empower humanitarian responders to act swiftly and effectively to crisis response.• Created the brand identity for Humanitarian Innovation Lab, including the logo design and visual identity.• Built the UI and UX of the SiM app, a Social Informatics and Monitoring platform that helps UNHCR quickly identify and respond to critical health and livelihood issues.• Collaborated with developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure a cohesive product vision.• Performed user research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to inform design strategies.• Created wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.       Worked on over 14 of the world’s leading brands across various industries, driving significant business growth for Leo Burnett, and most recently served as the lead art director for a team of creatives on Pampers in the MENA region.• Achieved significant business growth for the agency by successfully contributing to winning more than five client pitches with annual budgets over $2M, including Total Energy, McDonald's, Zain Telecom, and Almaza.• Partnered with the Chief Creative Officer and Communication Director to create the Integration Workshop, presented to the entire company of over 100 employees. The workshop aimed to teach them how to transform viewers into loyal customers through powerful ideas.• Primarily responsible for the art direction of Pampers in the MENA region, successfully developing eight commercials, digital platforms, and integrated campaigns, one of which made the Cannes Lions shortlist and won an AICP Award.• Led a transformative campaign for Cadbury Bubbly in partnership with Anghami that achieved a total of 1M+ views.• Received a Cannes Lions shortlist for art direction on a campaign for UNICEF against violence towards children.• Mentored junior art directors and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.• Worked on five commercials for Alfa Telecom, with one winning a silver Dubai Lynx.• Received the White Ball of Excellence presented by the Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett.
