  JEMP is the Junior Enterprise of Politecnico di Milano, a no-profit association held by students which delivers projects in Design, Marketing, Business and IT fields for SME, Startup and Multinational enterprises.As a Consultant in JEMP, I've taken part in diverse projects for SMEs and startups in the Design field. In my three long years of experience in JEMP, I've had the opportunity to make: an enterprise's rebranding, an event branding and two events planning. Alongside, I've always developed graphic content and copywriting for the Communication department, taking care of the social media pages of JEMP. Show less In JEMP, I've covered the role of Project Manager three times, conducting three projects different by topic, duration and dimension of the team. Through this experience, I've learned skills like leadership, time, resources and risk management, event planning, the ability to elaborate feedback, and various tools for project management, team working and public relation.The biggest and longest project I've lead was the organization of a national event for the Junior Enterprise Italian Confederation.
