      National Finalist in Fonterras 'Proud to be a Chef' program Fonterra Feb 2016 The Proud to be a Chef program recognises, develops and supports apprentice chefs to become the culinary leaders of tomorrow.This program took place in Melbourne over 4 days and organised meetings with highly regarded chefs- Anna Polyviou, Josh Pelham and Scott Pickett.
