Made quick pivots from a beach only strategy to be inclusive of resort/pool type items for stores not within five miles of a beach, but still needing pool items for safety and activity. • Identified a $26M size of prize in 194 stores to help establish a year-round shop in 2025 with no transitions or space shifts. This strategy will help mitigate accidental markdowns, deliver a single loc strategy across all items and drive a clear investment strategy across all departments.
