  This Trust comprises of 4 SEND academies based around Manchester and I have headed the leadership of this Trust since 2016 in its founding year.Through my successful leadership and results we became an Academy sponsor in 2017 and gained 2 additional schools. I have achieved outstanding status for consecutive Ofsted inspections and have progressed a school from special measures to good with outstanding.I have set up the senior leadership team to manage across the Trust and established the board of directors. I've created links to schools globally, in which I became a consultant, visiting China and the USA to advise schools in improvement in policies, governance and behaviour management. Show less
