  From starting my role as a Site Engineer, I have gained multiple valuable experiences within project teams on-site and in office, focusing on the planning stage of an upcoming power transmission project.These experiences include:• Carrying out on-site surveys with the aim of collecting key information to support project planning.• Arranging facilities and preparing sites for when activities are to take place.• Keeping records of site activities, including daily reports and updating schedules.• Making sure all on-site activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.• Presenting inductions to visitors on-site and providing briefings of tasks to be carried out, ensuring information is communicated clearly and thoroughly.• Cross-department collaboration - working towards the initial design phase of the power transmission route and implementing the final design when the construction phase commences.
