This includes:- Employing Tensile Testing machines of varying capacities to conduct tests on materials such as carbon fiber, metals, and concrete, facilitating comprehensive analyses including tensile, compression, and cyclic tests.- Utilizing Impact Testing machines for Izod or Charpy impact tests, enabling precise evaluations of material properties.- Conducting fatigue tests using dedicated Fatigue Testing machines to measure and estimate S-N diagrams and determine the infinite life of materials.- Employing Hardness Testing machines capable of conducting Vickers, Rockwell, and Brinell tests with appropriate indenters and loads to assess material hardness.- Utilizing Data Logger and associated software to obtain accurate measurements, employing techniques such as configuring Strain Gauges in the software, utilizing LVDTs or Load Cells for precise measurements, and more.This hands-on experience with a diverse range of equipment enables me to contribute effectively to project objectives, ensuring impactful outcomes and driving continuous advancement in the field.
