Progressed after 2 years to become Operations Manager responsible for the UK & International venue find departments plus the Apartment team, 30 staff in total. After 3 years was asked to take on the role of Operations Director that was additionally responsible for supplier relations and incomes before being approached to join another agency.Oversaw a sustained period of growth that was circa 40% per annum over a 3 year period and necessitated 2 restructures during that period. Designed and implemented a bespoke database and Standard Operating Procedures to set minimum quality standards that were seen as best in class. Built excellent supplier relationships that maximized incomes and saw a number of new clients by way of supplier referrals.
