As the primary designer for ShopEX during our platform migration to Shopify, I focused on recreating interfaces and improving user experience based on user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing. This adaptive redesign ensured we retained our user base and explored growth opportunities.Collaborating with Product, Creative, Development teams, and external partners, we successfully revamped Zulily's web and mobile app, resulting in a 75% improvement in conversion rates and increased user satisfaction, impacting over 4 million users. I streamlined the migration process by creating detailed documentation and managing UX tasks, facilitating efficient collaboration.
