  Worked for 2 years and half with race car development in the Formula SAE competition. The team climbed 14 positions during my permanence and still aplly methodolgy that I started with. Ones of my best experience during university time, in which I was able to develop communication, team-work skills, problem solving skills and many others . Moreover, facing real engineering challenges and improving interpersonal skillsRoles:• General engineering project (6 months):I worked in technical projects of all sub areas, learning the basics and helping in every type of situation related to manufacturing of components, painting process and also assembly.• Brake system engineer (1 year):Design and manufacturing of the brakes and handling system focusing on the safety and reliability of the system.• Brake system Leader (1 year):Design and manufacturing of brake and controlling system. Focusing mainly in the safety and handling of the car. Leading a team of 4 members. During this period I also started to apply Failure analysis across all areas of development of the car. Moreover, being able to understand better all the processes related to design, manufacturing related to the failure of each stage. By the end of my period in the team this methodology was used for my thesis project.During this period I also developed with another team a brake test bench in a university discipline.   Worked on a project through the university towards the improvement of the welding department, where the team had the chance to implement lean techniques by following an A3 Methodology. The tools used during the project include Kaizen, Kanban, 5s, PDCA, value stream mapping and bottleneck analysis. By following the methodology, we built a strong analysis and proposed a set of solutions. Finally, we applied successfully those solutions and arrived in a result higher than the target defined, creating more value than initially proposed.
