  As the Head of Treasury, I lead all day-to-day treasury activities and operations for First West Credit Union, including the development and management of treasury related strategies and activities to deliver on performance targets, manage treasury related risks, and achieve stable predictable earnings and long-term financial health for the credit union. A member of the senior executive team and senior thought leader for other executives and board members. Manages the financial risks associated with the balance sheet of First West Credit Union, a medium sized financial institution with over $20 billion of assets and AUM. This includes capital strategy; asset liability management; cash and liquidity risk management; interest rate risk management; foreign exchange risk; and balance sheet funding. Leads the implementation and the assessment of systems designed to manage market risk, funds transfer process, and liquidity.
