    As the Chief Operating Officer at Web Publishing Systems (WPS), I lead the IT services and solutions provider that serves various sectors and geographies. I have over nine years of experience in the IT industry, and I hold multiple credentials that demonstrate my skills and knowledge in different IT domains, such as Administrator from WPS, GSSP-JAVA from ECIL, and CCNA Industrial from Cisco. My core competencies are data analytics, software project management, web marketing, and blockchain development. I leverage these competencies to solve complex business problems and generate value for our customers and stakeholders. I have led multiple projects and teams to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention rates, as well as increased revenue and profitability for WPS and its group of companies. My mission is to drive data-driven innovation and excellence at WPS and in the IT industry. I graduated with a B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad in 2014.
