      • Built Demographic projections to predict customer’s demographics (Gender, Age, skill level etc) using statistical techniques (Logistic Regression/Decision tree/Neural networks). The results will help micro-segmentation to launch targeted BTL campaigns for customers segregated on the basis of demo-graphics.• Built VAS segmentation on prepaid subscriber base to understand different subscriber segments present in the base w.r.t offered value added services.• Development of Churn Prediction Model using Logistic Regression/Decision Tree/Neural Network for various segments of the subscriber base. Models are built using SAS base, SAS enterprise miner, TDW miner & TD SQL Assistant. • Performed Product Affinity Analysis on a large portfolio of products offered to customers, in order to identify opportunities for Up-Sell, Cross-Sell and New Products development.• Currently Working on Event based marketing triggers for Retention, Non VAS Growth, VAS Growth and Internet Growth.
