      Led a team of ~40 people, with 6 direct reports, having responsibility for all SMA’s After Sales Service obligations across Residential, Off-Grid, Commercial & Industrial for over 600,000 inverter units, and the large-scale Utility segment covering 100 different solar projects on the National Electricity Market capacity.       The grid connection team at Neoen manage the interfaces between OEM, Grid Consultants, AEMO and NSPs to ensure Neoen's projects are connected on time and with least risk to the project and the project partners.
