  Worked with accountants and engineering staff to provide SR&ED claim development services for both BDO and non-BDO clients in oil and gas services, manufacturing, agricultural sectors and software industries. Prepared claims that resulted in 15 companies getting investment tax credits totalling approximately $1,050,000. Examined client operations and processes to determine which qualified for income tax incentives, planned, organized and executed the technical portion of engagements, including interviewing of technical and financial personnel. Prepared all necessary technical documentation as required by the T661. Worked with clients to help develop systems and know-how to assist in making future claims.Represented and acted on behalf of the client in all discussions that arose with the Canadian Revenue Agency and/or provincial authorities.Identified new business opportunities with existing clients.
