  My final internship project was conducted within the framework of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), waste reduction, and continuous improvement principles applied to the VMLB2 pilot workshop at RNTA. These enhancements required a thorough analysis of the workshop to identify areas for improvement. My goal was to increase machine production, achieve better workplace organization, and reduce all forms of waste and product non-conformity.Additionally, I aimed to standardize machine operators' tasks. As Joseph Juran (1904-2008) once said, "Without standards, there can be no logical basis for making a decision or taking action."
