      Began as an expansion coordinator and later became the chief administrative officer as National Vice President and Director of Expansion assisting in the management of a budget exceeding a quarter million dollars. In this leadership role, 5 new provisional chapters were founded doubling the size of the organization. Services were increased with 3 new corporate contracts and a leadership training institute was created. Additionally, I helped develop a service learning initiative, increased the number of publications, and assisted in the procurement of 3 physical properties. Show less

Managed the integrity of a registration database for incoming cohort of 4,000 traditional transfer and undergraduate students.Health Education-Completely redesigned curriculum and content utilizing the harm reduction substance abuse education model as lead facilitator for "Last Chance" drug intervention program for judicially referred students and instructor for alcohol and marijuana awareness seminars for judicially referred students. Coordinated awareness weeks and the sale and distribution of profylactics for student use, organized health fairs, co-advised the peer education student organization, and partnered with other to facilitate alcohol and drug prevention programming. Office of Student Activities and Leadership- Responsible for the daily operation of the U‐Center, which a resource and development area for student organizations. First Offense (Fall 2009-Spring 2010)An alcohol intervention course for students violating the substance policy for the university. It was taught utilizing the harm-reduction education model.
