Writing settlement letter including information such as interest rate, repayment date, repayment amount, loan amount, loan account, settlement date, loan product etc for a feedback to send out to client for conformation of settlement of the loan.After the settlement continuing to follow up with the cilent for further enquries including refinance claims, lender policy changes, changes in client information (i.e. job changes) and further new lending enquries.
