  Materials testing manager and responsible member for CT & Associates Engineering Inc. My main responsibilities include senior technical overview on geotechnical projects and civil materials testing. Management and provision of field materials testing services ranging from basic concrete testing to measurement of advanced geotechnical parameters in-situ. Setup, operation, and maintenance of CCIL certified testing laboratories for soil, asphalt and concrete testing. Geotechnical engineering consulting including site preparation techniques, compaction and fill construction, earthworks handling, pavement design, concrete and asphalt materials and design, and pile foundation selection, optimization, and installation supervision (including CFA, CIP, HSS steel, screw pilings). My professional philosophy can be surmised in three simple concepts: 1) Application of sound, technical fundamentals to achieve successful project outcomes;2) Tempering all decisions and recommendations with sensible, old-school pragmatism and project experience;3) Building excellent communication channels with all project stakeholders to encourage prosperous team dynamics.
